My name is Ahmad , and I founded LiftWear because I wanted to build something different in the world of gym clothing. I’ve always loved working out, but I also noticed something missing in the industry. Most gym brands put all their focus on the cut, fit, and model of the t-shirt which is great , but it always felt like the clothes were designed more for the look than for the people actually grinding day in and day out.

That’s where Liftwear comes in. I wanted to flip the focus. Instead of only caring about the shape of the shirt, I decided to put the spotlight on the prints , the designs that talk directly to lifters, athletes, and everyday people who live the gym lifestyle.
