Refund & Return Policy

All our products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost during shipping

Time limits:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Lost packages must be reported within 30 days

What happens next:

If approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement for free, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We don’t require returns for damaged or incorrect items.
